Terms & Conditions :
- Deposit must be paid during Booking Time. The rest of payments shall be made during Guests get the keys for your Homestay.
- Check in from 2 pm and check out by 12 noon.
- Extra matress we will charge for RM30/day.
- We do not provide daily room house keeping. Nonetheless, Guests are required to keep premise reasonably clean as and where it is.
- Any broken or losses for our goods during their stay, Guests should be responsible for that.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No Alcoholics, Drugs and Non Halal Foods in our premis.
- Guests are requested to take care of their own safety and security of their own belongings while staying at ouur Homestay. We do not take any responsibilities for any losses or broken happening.
